Rischandra Shepard
My name is Rischandra (Rissa). I am from Western New York where I reside with my husband and 2 daughters (9 & 6). My oldest daughter was diagnosed with CMTC at birth. The majority of her markings are on her lower right extremity, though also has markings on her abdomen and back. Due to the rarity and unknowns of the disease, we were referred to Cleveland Clinic for further interventions. We have been traveling to the clinic for several years now. We are so thankful for the group of providers who have guided us! As a mom, my goal is to never stop advocating! The CMTC group has provided support for my family through charting at times unfamiliar territories. I am honored to be apart of this!
